禁用SuperFetch服務

1）在工具列搜 CMD.exe

2) 然後選擇「命令提示符（以管理員身份執行）」

3）在命令提示符輸入以下命令：

net.exe stop sysmain

4）按鍵盤上的Enter鍵。
